2. Assessment of the Pet: We may need information about your pet’s behavior, health, and history to ensure we can meet their needs appropriately.

3. Commitment to Transparency: We ask for full disclosure of your pet's history, including any medical or behavioral concerns, to help us provide the best possible care and placement.

We strongly encourage pet owners to explore all other options, including rehoming through trusted networks, before considering surrender.
