At Barkin' Barn Animal Rescue, we are dedicated to providing a safe haven for dogs and farm animals in need. Founded by Johnny and Amber Loewy, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals who have faced neglect, abandonment, or other challenging circumstances.

Nestled on a picturesque organic farm in New Port Richey, FL, Barkin' Barn Animal Rescue offers a unique sanctuary where dogs and farm animals can thrive together. Our holistic approach ensures that every animal receives the love, care, and medical attention they deserve. From wagging tails to gentle hoofbeats, our rescue is a place of healing and hope.

We believe in the power of second chances and work tirelessly to match each animal with their perfect forever home. Our team of passionate volunteers and experienced staff are committed to fostering a community of compassion, education, and responsible pet ownership.

We rescue pets who have been taken by authorities from neglectful or abusive homes, and pets who have reached their kill date at other shelters, by pick up only. We do not accept pet drop offs under any circumstance.
